Benjamin's Bodega | Sip & Shop, is a small business retailer with a cafe menu and free wifi. There are 24 seats in the Bodega which is great for either individual or bigger groups to gather. Our large harvest table in the dining area is great for study meet-ups, large projects or event gatherings. we are host to over 80 small business goods ranging through categories such as pet, baby/child, gift giving, decor & pantry/meal solutions.
Sage Homes is the company who owns and founded Benjamin's Bodega, but past that, we do our own Home Decor, Design & General Contracting projects. If you're engaging with us online, you're speaking with Brittney, mom of four beautiful babies - who's names inspired our storefront name(s). I grew up in Dundas ON & moved to Guelph with my partner, Kyle in 2017. We have grown to love our community and the support it fosters. Who is "Sage"? welp, that's Kyle. Growing up there were a few Kyles and to differ from the rest - he became Sage. Kyle is a carpenter & general contractor for Sage Homes. Pre pandemic Kyle showed me how to use the tools, so I began making shelves, hook boards & tables. As you can assume, this was not something that was fun to tote around to makers markets & pop-ups - it's all so heavy! So in efforts of making it easier on all the makers in our community, we have teamed up to provide a {few} storefronts for them to be featured. Sage Homes is home to unique storefronts & outdoor markets, with over 100 small businesses working with us between them. Sage Homes just turned four, November 2023.
